Day of Ceremony Package - $450.00 plus GST

The following is included in this package:
- Initial meeting to review ceremony plans (up to one hour)
- Confirm ceremony vendors for services and arrival times
- Place Ceremony Items (i.e. programs, pew markers, unity candle/sand ceremony, guest book, photos, etc.)
- Attend and assist officiate with direction of rehearsal (up to one hour)
- on Site at least one hour prior to ceremony start and up to 1 hour after ceremony completion (up to 3 consecutive hours)
- Assist with flower distribution
- Assist Ushers when needed
- Cue processional & music/musicians
- Distribute final payments to ceremony vendors if needed
- Wedding day emergency kit on hand

$325.00 plus GSTif ordered in conjunction with A Beautiful Day ceremony decor rentals with set up and tear down service

Day of Reception Package - $450.00 plus GST
The following is included in this package:
- Initial meeting to review reception plans (up to one hour)
- Confirm reception vendors for services & arrival times
- Create wedding day timeline which includes daytime bridal party activities, ceremony & reception order
- Supervise reception setup of rentals, décor, centrepieces, cake, DJ/music, catering & beverages
- Set up of simple decor such as placement of favours, centrepieces, candles, guest book, cake utensils, etc. 
- Set up of table numbers, place cards, programs
- Distribute final payments to reception vendors if needed
- On Site (up to five consecutive hours) until start of cocktails

$325.00 plus GST if ordered in conjunction with A Beautiful Day reception decor rentals with set up and tear down service

- Follow up meeting 3 months prior to wedding to do over details
- Follow up meeting 1 month prior to wedding to confirm final details
- Final meeting 2 weeks prior to event to finalise all details

- Seating Plan creation assistance
- Assist in securing required vendors for ceremony and reception
- Arrange appointments with all vendors and attend up to three vendors for each service required
